Using an innovative fabric insertion facility, Silicone Engineering has developed and refined processes to produce sheeting with various compositions.

Silicone Engineering has invested in the latest equipment and created a dedicated production cell to produce a range of fabric reinforced silicone sheeting.

The insertion calender extends silicone sheeting capabilities to include fabric such as glass cloth, polyester and Nomex® to be coated in Silicone Engineering kSil™range of solid materials.

Whether you produce high performance automotive hoses, heater pads or reinforced gaskets, Silicone Engineering will reinforce silicone to your exact requirements.

A wide variety of products are available with a combination of supported and unsupported fabricated sheeting with cured and uncured silicone.

Popular uses of these insertion materials include high performance automotive silicone hoses, heater pads and reinforced silicone gaskets and seals.

These are available as 0.3mm up to 4mm thickness and up to 1000mm wide with roll lengths of up to 50 metres.

Supported silicone sheeting can also be supplied with special grades such as Flame Retardant (FR) and Low Smoke Low Toxicity (LCH).
