Silicone Engineering’s kSil™ solid silicone sheeting was independently tested against seven other competitor samples and was the clear winner, far exceeding the current EU industry standard.

Solid sheeting can be manufactured in a range of thicknesses from 0.3mm to 15mm and widths of up to 1800mm

The solid range is available in A-scale shore hardness of 40 to 70, and is available in white, red, black and translucent as standard.

Silicone Engineering offers a colour matching service for customers’ special requirements.

Products comply with industry standards, such as those of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation 21CFR177.2600 for rubber articles in repeated contact with food, and EC 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, and the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme BS69200 (WRAS).
