Silicone sponge sheeting

Silicone sponge sheeting

Whatever type of sponge silicone sheeting you require, Silicone Engineering is here to help.

Silicone Engineering’s kSil™range provides the highest quality sponge silicone sheeting in Europe - in continuous roll.

Silicone kSil™ sponge sheeting offers excellent compression properties when used to produce gaskets and seals, especially where the sealing surface is not smooth.

Over the last 50 years Silicone Engineering has perfected, and continues to improve, its processes that allow it to produce silicone sponge sheeting in roll form of up to 10 metre lengths - depending on thickness.

The sponge sheeting can be manufactured in a range of thicknesses from 1.5mm to 12.5mm in rolls 1 metre wide or up to 50mm thick in sheets.

The sponge silicone sheet range is offered in densities ranging from 200 kg/m3 (very soft) to 530 kg/m3 (Firm) and is available in white, red and dark grey as standard.

There is a limited colour matching service available on sponge products – owing to the cellular properties of sponge materials.
